CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR

Christian is the Children's Director for Grace Fellowship. She has attended Grace since 1992 and has more than 25 years experience serving in children's ministry. She has a heart for the upcoming generation(s). A mother of two herself, she strives to develop a safe and fun environment where kids are free to learn and experience God.

A safe and caring environment

We strive to create an environment where children feel safe and parents can trust their children are in good hands. All of our volunteers have gone through a screening process and background check. Each child must be checked-in by the parent or guardian that will pick them up, and classrooms are locked during service until parents or guardians come to pick up their kids.

Nursery

Ages infant - 23 months

The Nursery is available every service. It is located on the first floor of the annex right next to the Jungle. It is equipped with changing tables, baby toys, and a calm environment

The Jungle

Ages 2 thru Kindergarten

The Jungle is available every service. It is located on the first floor of the annex right next to the Nursery. It is a fun energetic atmosphere to keep the younger kids excited and engaged while learning about Jesus.

The Winner's Circle

1st thru 6th grade

The Winner's Circle is available 11:15am on Sunday and 7:00pm on Wednesday. It is located on the second floor of the annex. Equipped with Bleacher style seating, plenty of room for games, and an atmosphere tailored to Elementary and Young Middle Schoolers. At the Winner's Circle, we start diving in the fundamentals of the Word so they are having a firm foundation built for their walk with God.

What will my child learn?

At Grace Kids, we want every child to know how much God loves them, who God created them to be, and their purpose in God's Kingdom. We want to help parents raise kids who love Jesus, love people and will encounter God in their daily lives.
Our Grace Kids classes are structured specifically for each age group with age-appropriate Bible lessons, activities and play time. During the warmer months, we'll spend ample outside enjoying God's creation on our playground.

Will snacks be provided?

We provide a snack each service. If your child has certain allergies, please let the teacher of your class know before hand.

What is the check-in process?

On your first visit to Grace Fellowship, look for the Grace Kids check-in kiosk in the downstairs classroom hallway. If you can't find it, one of our pastors or volunteers will be happy to help you!
At the Grace Kids kiosk, you'll be welcomed by a volunteer eager to meet your family and show you how Grace Kids works. To check your child in, we'll need some information at that time, including a family member's name, your child's name and birthday, your address, your phone number, and any special instructions. We'll be there every step of the way, right up to when you drop your kids off at the appropriate room, so feel free to ask questions!

What are your safety practices?

We value the safety of our kids. At Grace Kids we provide a secure check in system. You and your child(ren) will receive a name tag with a matching code. After the service you will need to present the matching tag to our volunteers to pick up your child. Every Grace Kids volunteer is required to go through an application process as well as a background check prior to serving within children's ministry. Each classroom and hallway are monitored by our security cameras, as well as a security walk through during each service. Classroom doors remained locked during service. In the event we need to contact you during the service we will either send a text message or we will share your identification code on the screen in the sanctuary.
